Returns and Refunds

Au Bûcheron offers a 30-day return window. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to submit a return request.

To qualify for a return, products must be in the same condition as received, unused, and with all original tags attached, and returned in the original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required.

To initiate a return, please email us at support@aubucheron.com. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If your item was purchased through an authorized third party retailer or marketplace, returns and exchanges must be handled directly with that seller in accordance with their policies. Au Bûcheron is not responsible for processing returns or exchanges for items purchased outside of our official website.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us promptly so we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will inform you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that additional processing time may be required by your bank or card provider.
